Just avoid this place if you want to enjoy your trip, this hotel will give you hot water at 6:30 in the morning and if you are planning day trip of Pengaong lake you would not be able to achieve it. I had a very bad experience even my whole trip was destroyed by them better choose any hotel which can provide 24 hour hot water.

Whew … what a trip 10 days of pure travel.. Mountains , Terrian , Streams , Snow , Wind , Lakes , Dessert all at one place . Well about the Hotel … what can I say .. amazing view .. good rooms and to top it all an amazing excellent host MR ANGROOP CHARU , what can I say about his hospitality.. simply fab . A stay even more comfy than a 5 star hotel . The support and care we received from this hotel was to another level . Mr ANGROOP was on his toes and available all the time. One of my friends daughter had oxygen problem at 3 am in the night , he was there smiling at our service , words can’t describe the help this man has given us and a simple thank you would be never enough. APPRECIATE YOU SIR … Highly recommend if anyone is going to LEH … CHARU PALACE .. remember the name.

Charu Palace is very near to the Leh Airport, around 30mins From every room you can view beautiful snow capped mountains. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is polite and very helpful. Compared to the stays at the other hotels at NUBRA and Pangong, I really enjoyed food at Charu Palace. Everall had. A good experience and nice stay.

We 5 friends went for our Ladakh trip. We had our customised itinerary and booked our stays and cars with lehladakhtourism.They are excellent organisers. We were put up in one of their properties in Leh- hotel Charu Palace. The location is excellent! Away from the hustle bustle...you get the exact feel (& look) of Leh. Lovely clean rooms. Lovely view of the mountains from the room. Service is excellent. Any problem you call up for is sorted almost within 5 minutes (if within their capacity). Restaurant food is good and offers quite a variety. 24hours water and electricity is available ( hot water is available for a stipulated time- you are in Leh remember!) They even give individual hot water bags to keep you warm!! The persons in charge are excellent in their behaviours. When one of us fell sick the night we landed at Leh., Mr.Angroop & Mr. Rajendra took immediate charge & control of the situation. When we came back from Pangong Tso /Tso Moriri to Leh....it felt like coming back home...such was the comfort level. I strongly recommend staying at Charu Palace if you are in Leh. I also add a picture with their contact if you want to book /plan your trip with them. Thank you Angroop. Thank you Rajendra. Thanks to all the staff members of Charu Palace for making us feel at home. And last but not the least thanks to Kenzi & Raka (the 2 doggies) for specially making my stay so memorable!
